“Hume…?” He mused over the title while glancing over the figure before him, his gaze skirting over the exotic features and peculiar armor. He could sense that she was no summon or phantom, but rather something whole and quite affixed to the world. Indeed, the claws of her toes seemed poised to cling to the very earth, tense as she was. Whatever this… creature was, she seemed a little spooked by the sight of him. Not unlike a rabbit, he mused to himself, how terribly fitting.
“Of course, my dear, and a name long honored: Yu Yevon, of Zanarkand. And as for you- what may I call the splendid creature that so boldly invites my greeting?”

Long velvety ears twitched, whsipers of the minimal Mist around them flooding over her senses. While this Hume had not that scent of the nethicite like the sparse collection of Humes she had met in recent days, something was still off about him. Nearly fundamentally wrong with him, like how Mydia had seemed once her armour had been removed. The Viera was very wary, untrusting. Had she heard those internal musings in the Hume’s mind, she would have attacked him on spot.
Thankfully, for them both, she did not.
Rouge eyes flickered with emotion untold before becoming cold gems once more. The depth of her Ruby gaze nearly boundless, endlessly critical. For a moment she was silent, but she did reply, her odd lilt of accent somehow elegant when prcured with her name. “Fran. This place you speak of, Zanarkand, what is it?” Perhaps a new city in the sky? A new threat to the World she was so generously bound to?
